Please see the flowing information below:

Monday 8/5 
Time: 430p - 630p
Where: LHS GYM


Tuesday 8/6
Time: 430p - 630p
Where: LHS GYM

Please come prepared with the following:
-water bottle (hydro,yeti)
-jacket or extra T-shirt (to change after tryouts)
-please wear ONLY RED, BLACK or WHITE
T-SHIRTS for tryouts 
-Gym Shoes ( if you only have outdoor shoes that’s fine)

REMINDER:
Any player that wants to play needs to be clear by the trainers with physical and consent forms BEFORE coming to tryouts. If a player isn’t cleared by trainers, the player isn’t allowed to try out.
