Effective December 2, the MIL will comply with updated County and State guidelines as it pertains to spectators.
Due to indoor capacity being limited to 50% of the venue’s occupancy, spectators will need to be fully vaccinated in order to attend. Fully vaccinated is defined at 2 weeks after their last shot in a 2 dose series or 2 weeks after their last shot in a single dose series.
For outdoor events, with restrictions being lifted, guests must fall into one of the following categories:
-
Guests must be fully vaccinated.
OR
-
Guests must present a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test taken through a CLIA certified laboratory or under an approved CLIA Certificate of Waiver within 48 hours of the contest. Home based tests will not be accepted.
While attending any event, mask policies must be followed along with washing/sanitizing hands and social distancing by attendees. Please stay home if you are sick. There is an admission fee at applicable venues and MIL cards of the schools participating at that event will be accepted. There will be no concession and no food to be brought in at the events. Water is allowed.
Depending on the seating capacity and resources available at each venue, the amount of spectators allowed may be different from one event to the next. Some events may also be streamed on the NFHS network (nfhsnetwork.com) and other streaming sites.
