Congratulations to Keiko Aotaki, Braeanna Estabillo-Donato, and Kyanna Torres-Kaiwi as they signed their letter of intent Monday, April 30th at Samuel M. Kamakau Library during lunch period. Keiko signed an intent to play basketball for Southwest Oregon Community College, Braeanna signed an intent to play basketball at Highline College, and Kyanna signed an intent to play soccer for University of Hawaii-Hilo. Special thanks to their parents, Vice Principal Ms. Joanne Dennis, Vice Principal Mr. Keola Rogat, and College and Career Center Counselor Miss Kristy Arakawa who made it possible. Aloha! The Lahainaluna Class of 2019 is holding an online silent auction fundraiser from Friday, May 4 to Monday, May 7, 2018. The items for bid are may be viewed on the website, https://www.32auctions.com/LHSCLASSOF2019 Bidding will open up on May 4 at 7:00 am and will close at 11:45 pm on Monday, May 7. Items featured in the auction have been donated from various outstanding and supportive organizations on Maui. Proceeds will go directly to support the LHS Class of 2019. Funds raised will be used to fund class activities for next school year such as project graduation and Senior ball. The purpose of this fundraiser is to lessen the cost of participation for all students of the Class of 2019. Silent Auction items will be available for pick up on Friday, May 10 from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm from the school office. Winning bidders will be notified at the end of the auction. Cash or check payable to Lahainaluna High School will be accepted. If paying with cash, exact amount is requested. If unable to pick up at that time, winning bidders may send another pickup person after notifying the auction administrator, Michelle, at [email protected]. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
